MFA Letter to UK Parliament Treasury Committee on Post-Brexit Considerations

On Friday, May 3, MFA sent a letter to the UK Parliament’s Treasury Committee in response to its inquiry highlighting key areas for the UK government to consider when developing its post-Brexit financial services environment and when negotiating its future relationship with the EU and third countries.

In line with our association’s 2019 priorities, our letter focused on three high level areas: asset management regulation, including the review of systemic risk regulation and the AIFMD; market access; and, data security.
