MFA, other trades file amicus brief in FTC noncompete case

MFA, along with SIFMA, the Futures Industry Association (FIA), and The American Investment Council (AIC) filed an amicus brief in support of Properties of the Villages Inc.’s case to overturn the Federal Trade Commission’s noncompete rule.
