Carla Ricks serves as the MFA Senior Coordinator for People and Culture.
Carla is responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of MFA’s People and Culture initiatives.
Prior to joining MFA, Carla served as a Recruiter for the Corporate Responsibility division of JPMorgan Chase. She has also served in various Talent Acquisition, Operations, Marketing, and Executive support roles at Volvo, Prevost, Randstad, National FFA, and Kaiser Associates.
Carla is a Society of Human Resources certified professional and a two time published co-author. She earned her B.S. in Agriculture Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
Carla and her husband Jason reside in Clinton, Maryland with their two sons Caleb and Jalen.
