Jennifer Atkinson is MFA’s Vice President, People & Culture.
Jennifer is responsible for setting and leading MFA’s people and culture strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations, and partnering with senior leadership to build a high performing, values driven organization.
Prior to joining MFA, Jennifer held senior human resources leadership roles across nonprofit, consulting, construction, financial services, and technology organizations. She brings more than 23 years of experience designing and scaling HR functions, strengthening organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting leaders through periods of growth and change.
Jennifer is a SHRM Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Long Island University.
